Yves Salama

Yves has over 30 years of experience in operations, business process reengineering and management consulting. He spent 16 years at Merrill Lynch where he was Vice President of Technology. Accomplishments include managing substantial cost reduction efforts, coordinating development of complementary projects and developing tools to help the organization identify technology resources and expenses. Since leaving Merrill Lynch, Yves has advised C-level management on cost control, integration, outsourcing and risk management. His client list includes: Standard & Poor’s, OceanWest, ING, Deutsche Bank, Scudder, Kemper Insurance, UBS and AllianceBernstein.

Yves earned an MBA in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester. He is an advisor to The Financial Clinic and The Writers’ Institute, is a consultant with the Growth Philanthropy Network and a member of the Nonprofit Resource Group.

Augusta Sterne

Augusta is a marketing professional with over 25 years of experience helping companies develop and implement successful marketing strategies.

Augusta spent 12 years at American Express where she was a Vice President of Marketing. Her accomplishments include developing and managing acquisition and retention programs for charge card customers and business development for both the Card and Travelers Cheques divisions. Since leaving American Express, she has worked on assignments in both consumer and business-to-business marketing. Her client list includes: JP Morgan, American Express, Ernst & Young, Prudential Financial, AT&T Wireless Services, Dime Savings Bank, Morgan Stanley and U.S. Trust.

Augusta earned an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University. She recently helped design and launch new websites for two nonprofit organizations: the International Center for Clubhouse Development and Helen Keller International.
